This past week we had the privilege of having a crew from your company replace our cedar shakes with shingles. This crew consisted of Ben, Joey, Adrian and Lloyd. We were very pleased with their work ethic. These four fellows were always polite, hard working and very diligent at performing their task.
Each day, prior to leaving, all four of them could be seen walking around our yard picking up any debris that had fallen from the roof and then swept both sidewalk and drive way
The day after the roof completion the large yellow bin was removed and shortly thereafter all the additional materials were picked up. Then a thorough sweeping of the driveway took place.

Just like to say the young guys on this job did a great job, the work site was cleaned up every day, they were polite and friendly at all times. Upon completion they spent extra time to make sure the clean up was completed. This letter is to advise you that I was very impressed with the crew who worked on our roof replacement at 1065 Guisachan Road on approximately May 20th, 21st, and 25th . The workers were professional, clean, organized, and friendly. I could not have hoped for a better experience nor could I have hired a better team than that of yours at Pinnacle Roofing Kelowna.
Every courtesy was extended to me including asking where it was okay to place the bin, finding out which areas we needed the most access to, the quick response to getting a quotation, the prompt service of delivery of roofing material, the very quick removal of the old roof tiles, and the efficient replacement of new tiles.
The whole process was as easy as it possibly could have been, from choosing options that were conveniently laid out in the quotation, to the clean up in the end. We observed Pinnacle’s work in the past while visiting our parents in "The Fountains" when all the roofs were replaced about a year ago or so and were impressed by the efficiency of the team at that time and also the positive remarks of the residents.

While Pinnacle did complete the re-roofing project of the twenty-seven buildings within our complex on budget and ahead of schedule, what impressed me the most was the quality of Pinnacle team that made it all happen. Aaron, Ivan, Judy, Todd, Barney, and the roofing crews, along with Tim and yourself were, without exception, approachable, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, did what they said they would do.
We now have a quality roof installed to the highest standard – one that all the residents of the Fountains are, and have every right to be, proud of.

We as a strata would like to express our appreciation for the professional manner in which you and your crews installed the new roofs on our 27 unit complex. Given the steep pitch of the roofs (8/ 12), the unique features of the many "dormers", different configuration of the many open beam areas and a number of design differences in the roof areas, you must be complimented in handling them all extremely well.
The assigning of Aaron Parser as the project manager proved to be a marvelous decision on your part. This young man provided us with excellent guidance in attacking the myriad of issues our complex threw at the installers. He always brought a positive attitude to the work site and to his credit smoothed over a number of minor but annoying issues our strata members brought to our attention.
Aaron Parser provided each home owner with a copy of his work expectations for his crews and "tried" to time the placement of the yellow bins in the driveways so as to minimize the inconvenience to home owners. This did not always prove to be successful due to weather, crew shortages and roofing issues.
Aaron Parser also worked closely with our roofing consultants from Pacific Interior Roof Consulting and Inspection Ltd. In particular, Wayne Parser provided critical inspection reports (three) for each of the condo pods and follow up action by Aaron was taken in a timely manner to correct any deficiencies noted.
This was project landed in a summer of strange weather. They first encountered an unseasonably cool and wet June and early July, only to follow with a lengthy period of severe hot weather. Your crews worked through these difficult conditions, often putting in long hours to make up for some shorter weather related days of work.
The job came in on time and budget, with extras such as new flashing and higher air vents clearly identified on extra bills to justify there costs.
Clearly the Monashee Peaks re-roofing project came to a successful completion in a large part to the watchful eye of Aaron Parser from Pinnacle Roofing Kelowna and to the professional manner in which Pinnacle attended to the many details such a project presented to them.

When looking for a roofing company in Vernon no one would call us back after a week I went online and found Pinnacle Roofing out of Kelowna and my husband phoned. They answered the phone, we explained what we needed they took down the information and said they would call us back the next day. Sure enough they called back and had all the costs and measurements and they gave us a quote.
We accepted the quote and they said it might be about four to six weeks. We agreed and it was only about 3 weeks when they showed up with two men and it was done in two days, all cleaned up did a final check for nails and the roof looks great. We get great comments all the time on it. We will be using Pinnacle Roofing in Vernon for and further services they provide. Great job, great service thanks Pinnacle!
