PINNACLE ROOFING COVID-19 Update
The safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers is our top priority as we remain dedicated to servicing the roofing needs of the Okanagan. We are open and operational at this time with several changes to how our office and crews are working. We wanted to share our response to the COVID-19 situation, and its impact on our operations.
Pinnacle Roofing has been reinforcing the directives & guidance of various levels of government and WCB by taking the following actions:
• Cleaning and sanitation of our office and shop
• Mask and face coverings must be worn in all communal spaces
• Contact tracing estabilshed for any outside visitors
• Staggered start times for all workers
• Vehicle sanitation packages issued in all company vehicles
• Daily health checks by safety officers with all workers
• 10 person occupancy limit in office and shop
• Masks must be worn in vehicles when ride sharing
• Physical distacing of 2 meters
• Practicing mandatory hand hygiene
• Limiting or restricting air travel by staff
• Office personnel is limited to essential staff only and the doors are closed to anyone outside of those staff members.
• Eliminating all non-essential visits to our office and shop
• Limiting all non-essential face to face interactions with homeowners, contractors and other trades on-site
• Max 3 workers on any job site at any time
• All employees have been issued extra gloves and safety glasses
Pinnacle Roofing is a locally owned business and will be ready to serve our customers and contractors in this ever evolving time. Here are some additional options available to you:
• Call-in, email or use our online form for all roof quote requests, questions and or concerns
• All interactions with our office staff can be done via phone, text and email
• Pay your invoices over the phone or by cheque. Max and Judy will be happy to help you navigate these options
